Our proposal, leaded by photographer Harry Fisch, is to trepass the  gates, sometimes hidden from the traveler, and dive into the real Cuba and  Havana, its traditions and contradictions. A special photographic trip were you will enjoy the atmosphere of other times , explore hidden locations. A Nomad Xpedition Photography trip to Cuba that will alternate with fantastic colonial architecture and experiences. A thorough introduction to photography in Havana and the glimpse of the wonderful location of Viñales, also listed by UNESCO.

 

This is an exceptional Nomad Photographic Xpedition photo trip to Havana, designed and led by the travel photographer Harry Fisch.

We design exclusive “handcrafted” travel photography trips to Cuba, India, Myanmar, Ethiopia, Senegal and other destinations,  carefully created for 4 to 8 photographers with a focus on photo-documentaries. The small size of our group allows a less aggressive integration in the places we travel to and gives us more time to take advantage of new photographic opportunities as they arise. Our approach is that of the traveler-photographer with an interest in close contact with the people living in the region. The photographic expeditions (photo trips) are organized by an expert photographer, using local knowledge of the place and people in order to permit us access to more intimate experiences and worlds.

 

General Information

                            Photographers of all levels are welcome
                            Acommodation in private apartments, double occupancy ( single occupancy as an extra), "en-suite" bathroom.
                            We will be visiting a very different La Havana, with a "local" point of view
                            Part of the day will be dedicated to discuss and analize the work done
                            A laptop and processing softwAre (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc..) is highly recommended

The difference lies in our itineraries which are orientated towards more special and authentic experiences, towards the reality of a place, giving preference to local surroundings and experiences.

These are not photography courses not traditional workshops. The size of the group and the daily activity enable us to talk about technical problems, doubts or personal matters that come up. It is a group of photographers who share and learn from an extraordinary experience more than it is a class in a foreign country.
